Excavation is the exciting moment when your pool project becomes real. Our crews use specialized equipment to carefully dig your pool to the exact dimensions specified in the engineering plans.
Timeline: 2–5 days
Before excavation begins, we mark all underground utilities and establish access routes for equipment. Our experienced operators dig the pool shape precisely to the engineering plans, accounting for shelf depths, slopes, and transitions. In Houston, we frequently encounter different soil layers—topsoil, clay, sand, and occasionally rock—and adjust our approach accordingly. The excavated soil is either removed from the property or used for grading elsewhere on your lot.
