Design Phase: 2–4 Weeks
The design phase includes your initial consultation, 3D rendering, revisions, material selection, and engineering. Rushing this phase is a mistake—investing time here saves money and headaches during construction.
Permits: 2–4 Weeks
Permit processing varies by jurisdiction. City of Houston typically takes 2–3 weeks, while surrounding cities and counties may take 1–4 weeks. HOA reviews add 1–3 weeks. We submit permits immediately after design approval.
Excavation: 2–5 Days
Excavation is weather-dependent and varies by pool size and soil conditions. Most pools are excavated in 2–3 days. Rain can pause excavation due to safety concerns and soil stability.
Steel, Plumbing & Electrical: 1–2 Weeks
